About Us

The Wake-Up Call

We didn’t wake up to a sunrise yoga session — we woke up to reality.

“If you don’t make time for your wellness, you’ll be forced to make time for your illness.” — A wise Reddit comment (and later, our fridge magnet)

We started reading — like, seriously reading. From gut health to meditation, from refined carbs to Khapli wheat, from Deep Work to Deep Breathing. Health, nutrition, sleep, exercise, community — we realized we were missing it all. Then, we did the unthinkable...

We discovered how a simple cup of herbal tea could calm our minds and soothe our guts — nature’s way of reminding us health is rooted in simplicity.

Once Upon a (Chaotic) Corporate Life...

We were just three ordinary IT professionals — Abhijeet, Kunal, and Abhijit — spending 9+ hours a day glued to screens, chasing deadlines, sipping coffee like it was oxygen, and ignoring the growing tyre around our waists (you know the one).

Detox Begins: The Sugar Breakup

We declared war on sugar.

  • First attempt? Flopped in 10 days.
  • Second? Lasted 2 weeks, then caved at a friend’s wedding.
  • Third time's the charm — and BOOM — 6 months sugar-free.

“Sugar may be sweet, but self-control is sweeter.” — Us, after skipping cake at an office party

Instead of reaching for sodas and energy drinks, we brewed herbal teas — chamomile for stress, peppermint for digestion, turmeric for healing. Tea became our natural reset.
