Steeping Guidelines:
When you have Tea Bags:
1. Boil 200ml water and place a tea bag in your cup.
2. Pour the hot water over the tea bag.
3. Cover the cup and let it steep for strictly between 1.5 to 2 minutes. Do not steep for more time.
4. Remove the tea bag and enjoy your tea.
5. Do not add anything else. Enjoy in the purest form.
When you have Loose Herbal Tea:
1. Boil 200 ml water and add 2 gm of loose herbal tea to an infuser.
2. Place the infuser in your cup.
3. Pour the hot water over the infuser, covering the cup with a lid.
4. Steep for strictly between 1.5 to 2 minutes. Do not steep for more time. Then remove the infuser.
5. Enjoy your fresh, loose-leaf herbal tea.
6. Do not add anything else. Enjoy in the purest form.
(If you do not have an Infuser, add 2 gm of herbal tea in the cup and follow from step 3.)

2. 50 gm loose blend of Immunity Boosting Ayurvedic Herbal Tea in stand-up pouch or cylindrical paper jar.
Storage Instructions:
Ensure the zipper pouch is completely sealed after each use.
Store in a cool, dark place, away from any heat sources or direct light.
Do not store the jar in the refrigerator as condensation can affect the tea's quality.
Consumption guidelines:
Consume 1-3 cups per day following the steeping instructions.
