We are committed to delivering your healthy and nutritious products in a safe, timely, and reliable manner.
This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the shipping and delivery of products purchased from our website https://www.fitclanlife.com ("Website").
2. Order Processing & Dispatch
All orders received by us (FitClan Life) will be processed and handed over to Shiprocket within 24 hours of order confirmation (minimum requirements: payment cleared / order verified).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
If an item is out of stock or unavailable, we will notify you as soon as possible, and provide an estimated availability or offer cancellation/refund.
3. Shipping Carrier & Responsibility
Once we dispatch your order to Shiprocket, all responsibility for delivery time, tracking, delays, or issues transfers to Shiprocket / the courier partner assigned through Shiprocket.
FitClan Life will provide you with the Shiprocket tracking number/link once the order is picked up / shipped.
4. Estimated Delivery & Transit Times
Once dispatched from our facility (within 24 hours of order confirmation), your order is handed over to our shipping partner, Shiprocket, for delivery.
Delivery is typically completed within 10 business days depending on your location and courier partner serviceability.
While most orders reach much sooner, we request you to allow up to 10 business days from the date of dispatch for your order to be delivered.
*These times are post‑dispatch via Shiprocket. Dispatch itself (from FitClan Life) happens within 24 hrs as above.
5. Delivery Time Guarantees & Exceptions
We strive to meet these delivery times but there may be delays due to unforeseen events (weather, natural disasters, strikes, logistical constraints). These are beyond FitClan Life’s control.
If your shipment is delayed beyond the estimated delivery date, FitClan Life may assist in lodging an inquiry with Shiprocket, and resolve it as per Shiprocket’s policies.
We will not be liable for delays arising from incorrect address or contact details, inaccessible delivery area, or recipient unavailability.
6. Tracking
Once your order is handed over to Shiprocket / the courier partner, you will receive a tracking ID / link via email or SMS.
You can track your parcel in real time using that link.
If tracking is not working or updated, please reach out to us (FitClan Life) and we will coordinate with Shiprocket to resolve.
7. Shipping Costs, COD & Returns to Origin (RTO)
Shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout, based on weight, volume, destination.
Cash‑on‑Delivery (COD) orders may attract additional fees (if Shiprocket or courier partner charges).
If a parcel is returned to us (RTO) because of customer unavailability, incorrect address, refusal to accept, or deliverability issues:
If the return is due to customer error (incorrect/insufficient address, unreachable address, refusal etc.), FitClan Life may charge re‑shipping cost if you wish to re‑send.
Refunds for such orders will exclude shipping & return costs (as per what we incur).
8. Damaged, Lost or Defective Shipments
Please inspect the package upon delivery. If you find damage, tampering, leak, or any defect:
Do not accept the package OR take clear photos/videos of the package before opening, of the external packaging.
Also capture images of the product(s) inside if there is damage.
Contact FitClan Life customer support within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and evidence.
We will initiate a claim with the Shiprocket / courier partner to arrange replacement or refund depending on the case.
9. Shipment Delay Protection (if applicable)
If we opt into Shiprocket’s RevProtect or similar protection, and the shipment is delayed beyond the Estimated Delivery Date, FitClan Life may be eligible for a freight refund (partial or full), depending on the protection rules.
In such cases, we will communicate any refunds or compensation to the customer as per FitClan Life / Shiprocket terms.
10. Peak Seasons, Holidays & Force Majeure
During sales, festivals, high‑order volume periods, or public holidays, order processing or courier handling may take longer than usual.
Delays due to extreme weather, government regulations, or other uncontrollable events are possible. We will keep customers informed via email/SMS in such circumstances.
11. Miscellaneous
FitClan Life reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. The current version will always be available on the website.
